Any information that you enter in this system will be used for the processing of your payment only and will not be shared with any third parties.

• Choice Realty will not accept partial payments for any balances that are due. If you owe either a late fee or NSF fee it all needs to be paid at the same time.
• Payments submitted after 3 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.
• If two (2) or more rent payments are due, this payment option is not available.
• Choice Realty will not be responsible for any errors in the information that you provide.
• Please specify in the box titled "Special Instructions for Payment" how you want the additional amount applied to your account (for example: Late Fee or Pet Fees)
• Please have your personal checking account information handy because you will need this to complete your online payment.
• Checking Accounts only! We cannot accept debit or credit card payments.
